A designated fire marshal at work is important with regard to fire safety.  It is the duty of the fire marshal to work with the employer to make sure that all the necessary fire safety and evacuation measures and procedures are in place and effective. The main outcome of this Fire Marshal for Care Homes Training Course is to provide you with the knowledge to carry out the functions of a fire marshal within a care home, including: fire procedures, safe evacuations and specific care home fire marshal duties and responsibilities.
